Buyers buying an item(s) using the 'Buy it Now' option have a period of 7 working days after the date of delivery within which they can cancel the transaction (often referred to as the "cooling off" period) and return their purchase for a refund. The buyer must pay for the cost of returning the item. Additionally the item must be well packaged in the original packaging and a recorded delivery service must be used. Refunds will only be given after the product(s) are returned, and in the same condition as they were dispatched.

There will be a 25% restocking fee for returns on any retail sealed items.

We aim to dispatch all computers within 1 working day after payment being cleared. We offer Free postage and packing only on UK Mainland ( Outside UK mainland please provide us with your address and we give you the best available price). 

Our gaming PCs are made USING BRAND NEW COMPONENTS EXCLUDING THE MOTHERBOARD, RAM, AND CPU and come pre-installed with a Genuine Windows 10 64-Bit license. This item is built/tested/cleaned on site by our team of highly skilled engineers and fully functional as intended. All "New(Other)" condition Gaming PC's will come with 12 months warranty with Computer Specialist.

 

NOTE: If there is no storage option chosen (Hard Disk Drive/Solid State Drive), there will be no Windows operating system.

We provide a 12 months return to base warranty. This covers repair of the machine, labour, parts and replacement where necessary. It does not cover postage costs for repairs.

The warranty does not cover any software problems including damage by viruses or malware or the operating system failing. In the case of any software related problems we will do our best to help you but will not be responsible for repairing the machine.

The warranty can be voided if the item is tampered with by another individual or company who are not from our team without our consent. 

The buyer is responsible for ensuring any games they own or purchase are suitable for the computer, we do not take any responsibility of any games that are not compatible as we don't test our computers with games.

We do not take any responsibility for any damage which you have caused to the computer.Your warranty will be voided if it is tampered by a third party.

From the date of purchase you have 30 days for a refund, after 30 days you will only have 2 options REPAIR or Replacement (replacement is only valid if the technician can not repair the PC).
